Payment

You can use the booking system above to pay by PayPal or Card.

If for any reason you have missed fees for 2 sessions outstanding, I will ask that you pay the outstanding amount before booking any further appointments.

I will review my fees annually providing at least one month’s notice of any increases in price.

Should you experience any difficulties with making payment (s), please discuss this with me as soon as possible.

 

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to make a session, please text or email me within 24 hours of our session.

Please note; an appointment is considered confirmed once agreed by phone, email or text. If a cancellation on your side becomes necessary, this will  incur a charge of your regular session fee.

In the event of me having to cancel a session, I will offer an alternative time and give you as much notice as possible.

 There is no charge where I have to cancel a session.

Boundaries

I understand there may be times when contact between us is necessary outside of our booked session time. I do check my emails and phone messages regularly but must advise that I am not always able to respond straight away.

I shall not make contact with you outside of our sessions unless I need to change a scheduled session.

Our relationship will remain a professional therapeutic relationship.

The boundaries of our relationship will be discussed during our first online session and will be maintained by both parties.

As a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy I abide by their Moral and Ethical Framework for the Counselling Profession.
